My name is Parker Bolin (Outs). I'm a fine art graduate from Louisville, Kentucky, USA. I've been making music since I was a young teenager, and have been performing and recording in bands and Hip-Hop acts in Louisville over the last decade.

'Outs' is one of the first professional independent acts that I have created that encompasses a novel of musical interests that I have - including Lofi Hip-Hop and Ambient music.
